Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pattern Master to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in draping, pattern making, and garment fitting, with expertise in high fashion menswear and womenswear. You will play a key role in translating designer concepts into exemplary patterns, ensuring each piece reflects our brand’s high standards of craftsmanship and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and finalize detailed patterns for both menswear and womenswear, including Indo-Western and Western styles.
- Translate designer ideas into accurate and high-quality patterns through draping, flat patterning, and drafting techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand creative concepts and ensure feasibility and proper fit.
- Conduct fittings, make pattern adjustments, and resolve technical issues to achieve the desired silhouette and fit.
- Maintain detailed pattern files and ensure all patterns are accurate for production.
- Supervise and guide pattern-making team members, if applicable.
- Ensure all garments meet quality standards and are suitable for high fashion production.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Pattern Master in a high fashion or couture environment.
- Well-trained in draping, flat patterning, and advanced pattern-making techniques.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fitting for both menswear and womenswear.
- Expertise in Indo-Western, Western, and contemporary fashion styles.
- Experience working under a fashion designer label or in a similar high-end fashion setting.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with high fashion or couture brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹39,800.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
