- Create accurate and detailed patterns based on design sketches and specifications.
- Collaborate with designers to understand their vision and ensure patterns meet design requirements.
- Adjust patterns for different sizes and styles while maintaining design integrity.
- Work with sample makers and production teams to troubleshoot fitting issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and organize pattern files and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advanced pattern making techniques.
