1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their non surgical, surgical and post-surgical journey.
2. Guide patients and their families in understanding treatment procedures, hospital processes, and post-operative care.
3. Coordinate patient appointments, surgery bookings, and follow-up visits efficiently.
4. Connect patients with surgeons, nurses, physiotherapists, and support services as needed.
5. Address patient concerns promptly, providing compassionate support and solutions.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance.
7. Support doctors and hospital staff by streamlining communication between the care team and patients.
8. Educate patients about minimally invasive and computer-assisted procedures, supporting their informed decision-making.
9. Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred in healthcare administration, nursing, life sciences, or related field).
2. 1-3 years of experience as patient coordinator/relationship manager in a healthcare or hospital setting.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
5. Strong computer skills; proficient with hospital management systems and MS Office.
6. Compassionate, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help patients.
7. Fluency in English and Hindi.
