Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or incoming inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and address customer queries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts and strategies.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
