Job description: Patient Calling
MODE OF INTERVIEW: Face to Face
Domain : US Healthcare - Medical Billing
Shift Timing : Night Shift :6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
- Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
- Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
- Also, Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification.
