Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Patent Trainee/ Associate with a technical background to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent searches and prior art analysis
- Preparing Reply to FER And Written Submission of the Hearing.
- Drafting patent specifications and claims.
- Support clients in IP strategy and advisory
- Stay updated on developments in patent laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, M.Tech) – preferably in engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, electronics, or similar domains
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- A keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and patent law
- Prior experience in patents (preferred but not mandatory; freshers with a strong technical background are welcome to apply)
