Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Part-Time Diabetologist to provide specialized care for patients with diabetes and related metabolic disorders. The role involves a few hours of clinical consultation on weekdays/weekends, offering flexibility for doctors seeking part-time engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage patients with diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational, etc.).
- Provide consultation, prescribe treatment, and adjust medications/insulin therapy as required.
- Offer diet and lifestyle guidance in coordination with dieticians.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and monitor patients’ health progress.
- Educate patients and families on diabetes prevention and long-term care.
- Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine (mandatory).
- Fellowship/Certification in Diabetology preferred.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Prior experience in managing diabetes patients.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
