We are seeking an experienced Diabetologist to join us part-time on a revenue-sharing basis to lead our diabetes care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient consultations for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, diet, and lifestyle interventions.
- Monitor blood glucose trends, lab results, and complications.
- Provide patient education and counseling to improve compliance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with general physicians and nutritionists for holistic diabetes management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD (General Medicine) or Diploma in Diabetology or Fellowship in Diabetology from a recognized institution.
- Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council or NMC registration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in diabetes management in outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based diabetes care protocols.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
Compensation
- Revenue Share Basis (20–30% of consultation fees).
- Flexible working hours (morning/evening sessions, 2–4 hours per day).

Pay: ₹8,093.68 - ₹42,492.00 per month
