We are providing technical and legal services in arbitration matters to various companies.
A person with experience with arbitration matters will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings.
Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, documents, and correspondence.Manage the scheduling of hearings, meetings, and deadlines.Prepare materials for arbitration filings, including exhibits and supporting documents.
Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, emails, and memos.Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties.
