Designation: Trainee - Paralegal
Education: B.com /M.com/ BA
Experience: Fresher or PQE 1 Year
Location: Ahmedabad (First preference to local candidate)
Criteria:
· Basic understanding of intellectual property rights (preferred, not mandatory).
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage time and work independently.
· Basic knowledge of business processes.
Role & Responsibility:
· Assist in documentation and filing related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
· Enter and maintain accurate records in internal databases and systems.
· Support the IPR team in preparing and organizing case files and reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on filing statuses.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive IPR data.
· Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
