Packaging:
- Oversee and manage the packaging of finished goods according to specifications and packaging standards.
- Ensure packaging is completed accurately and timely, ensuring products are protected during shipping.
- Perform quality checks to verify that packaging materials meet company and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the design team for new packaging solutions that enhance product safety, appearance, and efficiency.
- Maintain proper inventory of packaging materials and reorder as necessary.
Manufacturing:
- Assist in the production of goods, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory control and the organization of raw materials and finished products.
Quality Control:
- Perform regular quality inspections of products before packaging and shipping.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Report any deviations or issues to the supervisor, helping to resolve them in a timely manner.
