Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused to drive B2B sales at our factory-operated outlet store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers such as end users, OEMs, and contractors to promote and sell our products. This role is vital in enhancing brand visibility, building long-term relationships, and technically supporting customers in selecting the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Development:
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with business customers including contractors, OEMs, and industrial/end-user clients.
- Identify sales opportunities contracto and convert walk-in inquiries into successful transactions.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Educate customers about the company’s product range, USPs, and pricing structure.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or systems from a technical standpoint.
- Provide technical support on product selection, specifications, and applications.
- Liaise with technical teams when required to ensure accurate and effective guidance is given.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in company outlet or retail outlet sales selling industrial products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position based at the company outlet.
- May require occasional travel to customer sites or industry events.
- Includes weekend or extended hours as per business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
