Counter Salesperson

Location : Gurgaon Avenue

Key Responsibilities :

• Attend to customers at the counter and assist with product selection.
• Provide information on product features, pricing, and offers.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales transactions.
• Maintain product display and ensure stock availability.
• Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support in stock management, inventory updates, and order placement.
• Assist in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
• Report daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain ethical sales practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in counter sales/retail (FMCG preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling.
• Pleasant personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
