Requirement
- Should have 1 yr to 5 yrs experience in doing Tele sale
- Should have worked good experience Telle calling
- Should have worked in selling through Telephone
Good communication skills
- English, Tamil and any other language Added Advantage
- This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Client Interaction
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
- Understand and address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.
Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Do the processing activities of the countries assigned
- Ensure proper documentation of the data is done.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on client feedback, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction levels.
- Suggest improvements to processes and procedures based on client feedback and observations
