We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and support our business by connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Inbound Calls: Answering incoming calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads for potential sales opportunities.
Sales: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.
Meeting Sales Targets: Contributing to team performance by meeting sales targets and objectives.
Incentives & sales bonus will be provided once the target is met.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
