- Assist in daily packing operations to ensure products are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
- Support the packing team and learn to supervise packing activities effectively.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure the proper use of packing materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of packing and shipment activities.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in the packing area.
- Training new packing staff.
- Identify small process improvements under supervision.
