The Role: Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the seamless running of our operations by managing key stakeholder relationships, resolving queries and escalations efficiently, and contributing to process improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication at all times.
- Handle queries and escalations promptly, providing clear and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality service outcomes.
