As an Operations Automation Associate in Network Management, you conduct intermediate intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of the automation to support the Operations function.
Job responsibilities
- Supports aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution design, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement while adhering to the firm’s standards and controls
- Contribute to the implementation of the operational automation strategy involving intelligence automation tools, and contributes to the identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or metrics to deliver benefits from operational automation
- Work with technology and transformation team to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
- Utilize intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
- At leasr 5 years of experience and a proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications. Strong experience or background in Alteryx. Basic knowledge in other low code/no code tools such as Tableau, UiPath etc.
- General understanding of databases and database concepts including programming languages such as SQL, Python etc.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of working as part of Analytics team. Proficient in handling and analyzing complex and voluminous datasets
- Experience or background of business process requirements gathering. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues
- Adapts to change with a positive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Passionate about data and technology and showcases willingness to learn and upskill
- Bachelor's or higher degree
- Elevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Working experience of basic software development principles
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite
