- Prospect and generate new leads through research, referrals, and outreach (cold calling / telesales).
- Conduct outbound calls or in‑person meetings to present services, understand needs, and handle objections.
- Follow up on inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and qualify them for further engagement.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update CRM systems or lead databases.
