Role Summary
Be the operational backbone of Indotex. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day functioning by coordinating between teams, maintaining accountability, and enabling seamless communication across departments. You’ll drive execution through regular reviews, structured reporting, and proactive issue resolution—helping CountAI operate at its highest level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily check-ins with mechanical, service, operations, and finance teams to track progress and surface blockers
- Monitor deliverables and timelines, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of any operational issues
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems for transparency and accountability
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend process improvements to boost productivity
- Align priorities and efforts across cross-functional teams to support company-wide goals and initiatives
- Interested to learn new things
- candidate from coimbatore /ready to relocate is preferred
- candidate from manufacture /textile field operations is added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,312.78 - ₹33,710.67 per month
