We’re now looking for a Co-Founder with a business mindset—someone who can bring in brand deals, scale the client base, and grow Dnexera into a top creative-tech agency in India and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:
A strategic thinker, networker, and deal-closer who:
- Has experience or strong interest in business development, sales, brand strategy, or marketing
- Can crack brand deals, handle B2B outreach, and maintain client relationships
- Brings in projects across web, digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and creative work
- Thinks long-term and is willing to grow with equity and performance-based returns initially
- Is passionate about startups, digital transformation, and branding
- Can pitch the agency confidently to startups, corporates, and high-value clients
Your Role as a Co-Founder:
- Identify and close business opportunities (retainer clients, campaigns, partnerships)
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, proposals, and client onboarding
- Represent Dnexera in industry events, meetings, and strategic forums
- Work closely with the creative & tech teams to deliver pitch-perfect solutions
- Contribute to overall business strategy, hiring, and expansion planning
- Lead client servicing and upselling opportunities post-deal closures

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
