Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects on various online platforms, submitting bids, and coordinating with clients to convert leads into successful business deals. Strong communication, proposal writing, and understanding of IT services are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Write customized and compelling proposals based on project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project scope and needs.
- Work closely with the technical team to gather inputs for accurate bidding.
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain engagement and close deals.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, status, and conversion details.
- Research and analyze market trends and client needs to refine bidding strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs for bidding and business development.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in online bidding and lead generation (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software development, UI/UX design, etc.
- Familiarity with bidding portals and tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and business negotiation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
