We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Online Sales Executive with experience in the ethnic wear segment, especially sarees. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, confident in handling online customer interactions (via WhatsApp, Instagram, website chats, etc.), and experienced in converting leads into sales.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other platforms
- Share product details, photos/videos, and styling suggestions to clients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication
- Coordinate with packing & dispatch team for smooth deliveries
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups for repeat orders
- Assist in managing online catalog uploads and content if needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (preferred) with good computer and mobile handling skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Familiarity with ethnic wear (especially sarees) is highly preferred
- Experience in online customer dealing (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, Shopify backend or similar platforms is a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years in online sales, customer service, or ethnic fashion retail (sarees preferred)
