- 1–4 years of relevant experience in online bidding and lead generation.
- Generate leads and business opportunities via Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, PPH, and similar platforms.
- Identify and pursue projects in SEO, SMM, PPC, and web development/digital marketing.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids to clients.
- Understand client requirements, negotiate terms, and close deals to ensure profitability.
- Conduct market research to discover new business avenues and stay updated with industry trends.
- Maintain records of all bids, outcomes, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
