About Us:
Patel Public School is a well-established institution committed to providing quality education. We are currently looking for a Male Office Assistant who can support the school’s day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic office work such as filing, photocopying, and document delivery within the campus
- Carry files, documents, and messages between departments
- Support staff in setting up classrooms, furniture, or equipment when required
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office area
- Serve water, tea, or refreshments to staff and visitors as needed
- Handle minor errands and messenger duties
- Assist in fee collection counters or reception during peak hours if instructed
- Support event or exam arrangements as per instructions
- Open and close classrooms or office premises if required
Requirements:
- Only Male candidates are eligible for this position
- Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Physically fit and punctual
- Polite, obedient, and willing to follow instructions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a helpful attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi, Kannada and basic English (Preferred)
