Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while contributing to customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Support real estate broking and property management operations with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Manage communication with clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Draft and process agreements, invoices, and reports.
- Oversee property-related service requests and coordinate with maintenance vendors.
- Maintain databases, digital files, and CRM entries.
- Assist in marketing and listing activities for rental and sales properties.
- Ensure smooth internal team coordination in a small, dynamic environment.
- Handle multitasking and work effectively under pressure.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages (multilingual skills) will be a strong advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or real estate operations preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a small team setup.
- Resilience to handle pressure and deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
