As an Office Administration and Secretarial Practice Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in office administration and secretarial practices. Your role involves preparing students for administrative roles by teaching essential skills such as office management, communication, and organizational techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach subjects including office administration, secretarial practices, business communication, and office software applications.
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning objectives.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback to support student development.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and maintain accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in teaching or training roles, preferably in office administration or secretarial practice.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
