Job Title: Odia Translator cum Counselor
Location: BHUBANESWAR

Salary : 20k to 27k Per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate content accurately from English to Odia and vice versa, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- Develop educational/training materials in Odia for various domains.
- Conduct training sessions in different locations across Odisha.
- Work closely with the Project Officials, students, professionals, or organizations to deliver effective language and subject-based training.
- Adapt content and teaching methods to suit different audiences.
- Assist in developing e-learning modules, study materials, and assessments.
- Proofread and edit translated documents to ensure high quality.
- Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and institutions.
- Looking after the administration of the organization if required
- Timely Documentation work for all the activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Odia (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in translation (English to Odia) with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary on Akruti Software.
- Teaching/training experience in language, soft skills, or subject-specific areas.
- Willingness to travel across Odisha for conducting training sessions.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to use technology for teaching (PowerPoint, LMS, digital content creation).
- Experience in working with government, corporate, or academic institutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Odia, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Translation or Teaching/Training will be an advantage.
