Roles & Responsibilities: - Administered Cisco SMA and WSA proxy devices, handling configuration, policy enforcement, and routine backups. - Created, updated, and maintained identification profiles, ensuring timely and accurate policy deployment. - Performed vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus and Qualys, identifying and mitigating security threats. - Troubleshot and resolved complex technical issues to minimize customer impact and system downtime. - Managed daily service requests with a focus on efficiency, quality, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). - Led quarterly upgrade initiatives for WSA and SMA appliances, aligning with security standards and best practices. - Ensured regulatory compliance by conducting internal audits and advising leadership on risk management strategies. - Compiled and submitted compliance documentation and reports to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
