We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing SaaS company. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in software sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present relevant SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demos (online/offline) and explain key features and benefits.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and strategies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp SaaS product features and explain them to clients.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and customer handling.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
