Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nursing professional with a Master’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of 8 years of clinical and/or academic experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in patient care, nursing staff mentoring, protocol development, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care and clinical leadership in assigned units.
- Mentor and guide junior nurses, nursing interns, and support staff.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring nursing protocols and SOPs.
- Lead training programs, workshops, and continuous nursing education (CNE).
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and nursing ethics.
- Evaluate nursing staff performance and contribute to professional development plans.
- Participate in audits, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure documentation and records meet clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical and/or teaching roles.
- Registered Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospital or nursing education.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS or relevant advanced clinical programs.
- Proficiency in healthcare software or EMR systems.
