Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Sales Executive to join our team at RK Smart World. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience in mobile retail and must also possess basic knowledge of mobile repairs to guide customers better and provide quick solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
Explain product features, specifications, offers, and EMI options clearly to customers.
Maintain updated knowledge of the latest smartphones, gadgets, and industry trends.
Handle billing, sales records, and daily sales reporting.
Provide basic troubleshooting and mobile repair support (charging issues, battery, screen, software updates, etc.).
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Support in promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mobile sales/retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile hardware and software repairs.
Ability to work in a team and achieve monthly sales targets.
Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Passion for technology and gadgets.
Education:
Minimum PUC/12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
