About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Expert (Real Estate Specialist) who can work remotely on a freelance/part-time basis to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns for real estate projects.
The focus of this role is strategy and performance – identifying the right targeting, building ad funnels, optimizing for quality leads, and ensuring campaigns deliver results. No sales work involved.
Location: Remote (Delhi NCR market knowledge preferred)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Real Estate Advertising on Meta)

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for real estate projects.
- Apply deep knowledge of NCR real estate audiences for precise targeting.
- Design ad funnels to generate high-quality buyer/investor leads.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI, etc.) and provide regular reports.
- Recommend creatives, copies, and ad formats for best performance.
- Ensure compliance with Meta’s advertising policies for real estate.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in running successful Meta Ads for real estate.
- Solid knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market trends & audience behavior.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager: targeting, retargeting, lookalikes, and optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to reduce CPL & improve lead quality.
- Independent and self-driven professional, comfortable working remotely.
- Open to part-time/freelance commitments.
