- Creating general arrangement drawings, nozzle orientations, and detailed drawings for pressure vessels, storage tanks, condensers, columns, etc.
- Proficiency in generating 2D drawings for pressure vessels, piping layouts, and fabrication drawings in the refining industry.
- Developing plant layout and elevation drawings for shop floor operations.
- Producing final as-built drawings.
- Compiling Bill of Materials.
- Designing equipment layouts.
- Crafting PFDs & P&IDs.
- Understanding basic piping concepts and symbols.
- Conducting weight and volume calculations.
- Familiarity with ASME / API / TEMA codes.
- Knowledge of various materials used in vessels, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Certificate course in AutoCAD
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Mechanical Draughtsman in an engineering company.
- Knowledge of Software: 2D AutoCAD is required.
- Candidates residing in the Western suburbs of Mumbai will be given preference.
- Must be a team player and self-starter.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
