Sales; Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute lead management strategies for inbound and outbound prospects.
- Contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations.
- Understand client profiles and convert leads into successful investors using consultative
- sales techniques.
- Track and improve conversion rates using CRM tools and dashboards.Financial Advisory:
- Conduct comprehensive need analysis based on clients’ financial goals, risk appetite,
- income, and time horizon.
- Recommend appropriate mutual fund schemes (SIP/lump sum), portfolio allocation, and tax-saving strategies.
- Educate clients on mutual fund products, asset classes, tax implications (80C, LTCG, STCG) and industry trends.
- Guide clients through KYC processes and platform onboarding.Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term client relationships through periodic reviews and personalized
- advisory.
- Provide proactive portfolio insights, performance updates, and rebalancing suggestions.
