The Material Planner is a strong communicator who can identify and interact with stakeholders throughout the SIOP and within Danfoss Organization. The Planner is a savvy problem-solver that has an agile thought process. The Planner should be skilled at collecting and organizing data, identification and mitigation of risks, tactical decision-making, and the developing of short-term & long-term action plans.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Manage and expedite supply of inbound Material.
- Manage Inventory Levels
- Identify and resolve Supply Chain Problems. Ensure continuity of supply.
- Provide Input to SIOP
- Define and manage Production Plan
- Manage and expedite Production Orders to complete on time.
- Intermediary between WH and Production
- Provide timely Delivery Promises and updates to Customer Service (Order Management) Team
- Acts as intermediary to resolve shipping problems.
- Support ECN execution and Master Data maintenance
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field is required
- 8-10 years experience
- SAP MM experience 2 years
- Passionate about learning and to continuously improve skills.
