Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Manager or designated team members to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Track, monitor, and prepare reports on marketing campaign results and sales activities.
- Research and compile targeted lists of potential leads and customers.
- Actively engage in meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Assist in developing strong relationships with new clients and maintaining rapport with existing ones.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Update and maintain accurate sales records, databases, and related documentation.
- Observe and participate in various sales processes to gain practical insights.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Provide assistance for marketing events, promotions, and related activities.
- Keep detailed logs of tasks and learning outcomes; present findings and insights to staff and management.
- Organize promotional activities, including house visits and notice distribution for offline centres.
- Create sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls.
- Build and share updated lead databases with admission executives for cold calling.
- Manage and monitor CRM updates, activities, and sales records.
- Regularly attend team meetings, internal trainings, and development workshops.
