Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage client queries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or in person.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining products/services.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving approach.
