Job Description – Marketing & Executive Assistant
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive professional with 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing who can also support in Executive assistance and Lead Management. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership of both marketing initiatives and business operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn promotions).
- SEO & SEM activities to improve website visibility and lead generation.
- Social media management – content planning, posting, engagement.
- Email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp business campaigns.
- Monitor analytics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
Executive Assistant Tasks
- Handle calls, schedule meetings, and manage calendar.
- Attend to inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Support the founder/team in day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of tools: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Hubspot (or similar).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Organized, self-driven, and quick learner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,936.08 - ₹35,003.67 per month
