Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in closing sales for our digital marketing services and directly contributing to revenue generation. You will engage potential clients, address their needs, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Sales Closure: Convert leads into clients by effectively pitching services.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively contact prospects via phone/social media to generate interest and schedule consultations.
- Proposal Creation: Draft and present tailored service proposals to showcase value and meet client objectives.
- Lead Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Objection Handling: Address queries, negotiate terms, and overcome objections to finalize deals.
- Database Management: Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align pitches with service capabilities.
Requirements:-
- Experience: 1–5 years in sales/telecalling; prior experience in sales will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service and marketing skills.
