About the Role : We are hiring a UX/UI Designer who will own the design of our product experience from concept to implementation. You will work closely with developers and product leadership to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight users and drive adoption. Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Create a design system and ensure design consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
