Key Responsibilities:
- Supply adequate manpower (skilled/unskilled/semiskilled) as per the daily or shift requirements.
- Maintain attendance, wages, and performance records of deployed labor.
- Ensure that all laborers have valid IDs, uniforms, and follow company policies.
- Handle labor deployment, shift planning, and replacements for absentee workers.
- Ensure timely payment of wages and compliance with minimum wage laws.
- Maintain proper documentation for ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, and Safety departments for any labor issues.
- Resolve grievances or disputes of contract labor in coordination with company HR.
- Ensure laborers follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) rules on the shop floor.
- Submit invoices and payment details timely with proper documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
