Should have working knowledge and experience in:
Registrations and maintenance of statutory registers
Filing statutory returns
Handling labour law portals (at least for Maharashtra)
Should be willing to:
Research and expand compliance base to other states, particularly metros in Karnataka and Delhi NCR region
Keep updated with changing labour laws and regulations
Should be comfortable with:
Visiting government departments
Building and maintaining rapport with officials
