(Korean Language Specialist)
JOB DESCRIPTION –
Deliver support services to Customers over telephone & e-mails
Timely deliver the data to the client within SLA with proper guidelines and escalation matrix
Knowledge of Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate Actions, Mutual Fund and all other money market instruments
Good analytical skills to intelligently handle tricky scenarios promptly
KEY JOB RESPOSIBILITIES -
Monitor the fund website and source the fund’s reference data information and corporate action event information. Ex: Fund name, Fund management name, Fund management address, Fund type etc.
SHIFT TIMINGS -
24 X7 shift based compatibility and weekend working availability.
5 working days in a week with 8 Hours Shift (Saturday & Sunday fix week off)
Permanent WFH
EXPERIENCE –
1-2 years of work experience in Equity or Mutual Fund (Preferred)
BASIC QULIFICATION -
Bachelor’s degree
Should be well conversant in English language (Read, Write & Speak)
Fluency in Korean Language (Read, Write & Speak)
Proficiency in advanced Excel
Demonstrated ability to work in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
