Te Hut Madras is a vibrant and fast-paced food outlet located in the heart of Kodambakkam, Chennai. We pride ourselves on delivering delicious and authentic food to our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our team as Kitchen Helpers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including washing utensils, dishes, and equipment.
3. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items as per kitchen guidelines.
4. Assist chefs and cooks in organizing and arranging kitchen tools and ingredients.
5. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
6. Help in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and groceries.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or manager.
**Requirements:**
1. No prior experience required (freshers preferred).
2. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
4. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
5. Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
6. Must be willing to stay onsite (accommodation and food provided).
