We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer with a strong understanding of cutting lists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in the interior design industry, with a focus on producing accurate cutting lists for various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
- Create detailed interior drawings and plans, including accurate cutting lists for materials.
- Utilize software and tools to produce high-quality designs and presentations.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and supplies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the interior design field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on cutting list production.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing cutting lists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and cutting list samples is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is advantageous.
