Job description
Responsibilities:
- Process daily sales transactions and ensure accurate recording of sales and cash receipts.
- Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile store cash registers and bank accounts on a regular basis.
- Checking and entering vendor Invoices.
- Daily store billing.
- Doing Online payments like NEFT/RTGS
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock purchases, returns, and adjustments.
- Maintaining & Updating product pricing
- Placing orders and corresponding on emails with vendors.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements & Skills :
- Bachelors Degree
- One year of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High competency level with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Tally ERP
- Must be able to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Professional demeanor
