Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about NEET & JEE courses offered by Gurcharanam Academy.
- Explain course details, benefits, and admission process clearly and confidently.
- Maintain a positive relationship with prospective students through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested candidates to ensure enrollment.
- Maintain and update student database regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Persuasive and confident over the phone.
- Ability to handle student/parent queries politely and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sector will be an added advantage.
