- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated departments
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and cultural integration of new hires
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms
- Conduct periodic one-on-ones, stay interviews, and pulse checks to ensure employee well-being and engagement
- Drive talent development initiatives including training, mentoring, and career pathing
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, guiding conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive workplace culture
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning, succession, and organizational design
- Support HR operations such as compliance, documentation, and policy implementation
- Use data and metrics to analyze trends and make proactive HR recommendations
