Opportunity to work with Taway RFID a leading technology solutions company based out of UAE that provides solutions to Jewelery, Retail, Asset and Hospitality industry among others for over 15 years.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that processes and guidelines are followed.
· Escalate any service irregularities to your superior.
· Work closely with IT partners , various suppliers and projects team.
· Have basic IT knowledge to provide users with the basic troubleshooting online mainly.
· Escalate critical situations.
· Comply with the various security guidelines and ensure that requests and grants are in line with the company’s security standards and compliance.
Requirements:
· A degree in a related field; Min 3 to 4 years experience an asset.
· Experience in the IT field or other relevant discipline, an asset.
· Experience in client management and customer service.
· Knowledge of Microsoft and Zebra products, an asset.
· Leadership, sense of urgency and collaboration.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Buy-in to change.
· Call center experience an asset.
· Speak and written (English), and Hindi is an asset.
· Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
· Should be ready to work on rotational shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
